Dave Millett
I have over 44 years experience in business working for global corporates and SMEs. I have held European Director roles for several Telecoms companies and built my first business before selling it. I have since helped companies in three main areas:
1 Telecom providers that wish to review their strategy, product portfolios and go to market models
2 SME companies that need to review their telecoms needs or want advice on their existing contracts
3 Start-Ups and small businesses with their business planning, sales growth and customer service
I have delivered also programmes on business support for many councils in London and Roehampton University
I am a regular commentator on the industry and have appeared on the BBC and various publications.
I also work in association with a number of other consultancies so should projects require more people or different skills then it is easy for me to assemble a team of people who have worked with each other before.
Working in this fashion ensures end customer costs are minimised and ensure that the right people work on the right jobs rather than with some larger firms just a case of who is available.
Equally I am happy to work in other peoples’ teams.

Outside of work I am a massive Derby County fan, play golf badly (but improving) and love all things Spanish.
